Why no online booking? It’s simple - we like to talk. We offer a highly personalised experience, so we welcome the opportunity to chat with you and make sure you can get the most out of your Highland adventure.

Kinloch Lodge is available for a maximum of 12 guests on a fully-catered, exclusive use basis. Please note that the base rate for hire is based on eight guests, and increases up to twelve guests. The lodge is available for a minimum of three days, giving you lots of time to explore and unwind. The lodge is fully staffed for the duration of your stay.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
You can check in any time after 4pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, please let us know so we can advise a nice walk
or prepare a pot of tea in the Conservatory, while the house is being prepared for you. We kindly ask that you are ready to check out before 10am.
PAYMENT POLICY
In order to confirm a reservation we kindly ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking, with the remainder due one month before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that there may be occasions where you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations made two months in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within two months are liable for deposit payments unless we are able to relet the dates.
