In Sutherland, we’re bordered by oceans, lochs, forest and farmland. This gives us a rich array of seafood, fish, wild produce and local flavour to bring to the table. We find and forage as much as we can from our surrounding lands/wild landscapes - knowing it makes for the best possible ingredients.
