The north of Scotland is abundant with produce that sings. To the north, in the wild ocean and lochs our suppliers catch seafood and fresh fish all year round. Deep in the hills, venison from the estate is harvested for long, cosy suppers - great to eat, and great for the planet. Foraging in the landscape will yield berries, mushrooms and all sorts of goodies.

Our focus is on taking these ingredients and cooking them simply and well. Hearty fayre for sharing and enjoying - the simple pleasure of a long and jovial supper is one of life’s true treasures.
