WILD1

Head out to sea in our state of the art RHIB, Wild1, with Captain Montgomery at the helm and experience the speed and thrill of this amazing trip out through the Kyle of Tongue, see the white sandy beaches of Rabbit island and around Whiten Head, a towering white headland on the North coast of Sutherland between Loch Eriboll and Tongue bay. Rising steeply from the sea to heights of 935ft and its base is hollowed out by the waves forming a multitude of remarkable caverns.
Dry suits provided. POA for a four hour excursion for up to twelve guests (longer trips can be arranged in advance).

Ben Hope is Scotland’s most northerly ‘Munro’ (a mountain in Scotland with a height over 3,000 feet. Our expert guide is on hand to lead you for a day’s trek in this most wild of landscapes - an experience of endurance that stays with you for a lifetime. A packed lunch is provided. Available for a minimum of two guests from April to October. £120 per person.

Trout

Dapping

Head out by Argo cat on Loyal Estate to the hill lochs for a fishing experience for all abilities. Trout dapping in Sutherland is ideal for anyone who wants to catch their first fish as they are abundant in these hill lochs - great fun and addictive. Smoke your trout for lunch – they are delicious! Trout dapping is available for up to four guests and a minimum of two guests. £80 per person per day.

LUNCH

Hike, bike, or by 4x4 out to Kinloch’s remote mountain bothy and be presented with a stunning lunch for you and your group in front of the open fire. Relax and enjoy the vast vista of hill and moor all to yourselves! This is truly Scotland’s most remote dining experience. Please contact us to arrange a quote.

GAMES BOTHY

Replete with board games, comfy sofas, a big TV and billiards, the games bothy is a great wee nook for rainy afternoons or a late night decampment. Ideal for kids and kids-at-heart alike.

Tucked away among the trees on the banks of the River Kinloch (where you can venture for a cold dip afterwards), the sauna yurt is a sure way to unwind after a day exploring the landscape.
